When bloggers are scared, they turn to the Pro
On October 24, Google tried to bitchslap the blogosphere by demoting everyone’s pagerank. The funny thing is, it only brought more traffic to the people they were trying to make an example of. BUT, the most interesting story that unfolded was who people turned to in time of crisis.
This Alexa Graph shows that in the days following the “Pagerank Crisis of 2007″ EVERYONE went to Problogger to see what was going down.
Google tried to hurt the pro, but instead they sent his Alexa rank soaring into 1500 territory.
Take home message:
Darren is the most trusted blogger. And that’s for good reason. He’s the ultimate pro blogger.
